Family Weekend & Harvest Party

Milo Adventist Academy welcomed families and guests to campus for a weekend of connection during our annual Family Weekend and Harvest Party.

This special tradition gives students, families, and staff the chance to spend time together and experience life at Milo.

Throughout Sabbath, families enjoyed opportunities to worship together. The weekend included a Friday evening vespers, a Sabbath morning church service, and a fun and engaging Bible Trivia event on Saturday afternoon.

One of the most anticipated moments of the weekend was the Saturday night Harvest Party, when the gymnasium transformed into a colorful and lively carnival themed “On the Racetrack!” Students, staff, visiting families, and community guests filled the space for an evening of games and great food.

Booths such as Mario Kart Challenge, Cup Pong, Pillow Fight, and Nerf Wars kept kids (and adults!) entertained, while food stations offered everything from hamburgers to sushi to curry fries, supporting student-led fundraisers. The creativity and teamwork of our Student Association leaders, classes, and clubs made the event shine as everyone fully embraced the racetrack spirit.

This weekend reminded us why Milo is more than a school—it’s a family. We are grateful for every parent, student, staff member, and community friend who joined us and helped make the weekend meaningful and memorable.
