Week of Worship

From October 21 to 26, Milo Adventist Academy came together for an impactful Week of Worship under the theme “More to the Story.” With daily messages and worship, this week allowed students and staff to explore how God’s story continues to unfold in our lives, often in ways we may not immediately see or understand.

Pastor Jason Calvert, our guest speaker, shared engaging and thought-provoking messages each day, urging everyone to look beyond the surface of life’s challenges and trust in the greater story God is writing. His insights encouraged us to embrace the unknown parts of our journey, knowing that God is always working for our good.

Worship music, led by Pastor Josh Withers, brought the Milo community together in praise and reflection. The heartfelt songs helped prepare our hearts for each message and created a space to experience God’s presence.

One of the most memorable moments of the week was the Friday night communion service. This sacred time allowed us to reflect on Christ’s sacrifice and renew our commitment to live out His love. 

As the week concluded, Milo’s campus felt renewed and united. The “More to the Story” theme has reminded us that God’s work in our lives is ongoing, and with faith, we can embrace each chapter with trust and hope.
