Alumni Weekend 2024
Milo Adventist Academy’s recent Alumni Weekend was filled with moments of inspiration, reflection, and fun. The weekend began with a vespers service led by the class of 1994, our 30-year honor class, who shared beautiful stories of how God has touched their lives throughout their journeys. Following vespers, attendees enjoyed a reception with light refreshments, providing an opportunity for connection and fellowship.
On Sabbath, the class of 1974, our 50-year honor class, led both Sabbath school and the church service. They shared incredible mission stories from various parts of the world, highlighting the impact of their work for God’s kingdom. For church, Kevin Wilfley delivered an inspiring message centered on the theme of “Confidence in Jesus,” encouraging all who attended to trust fully in Him.
After lunch, the afternoon was dedicated to honor class meetings, where everyone had a chance to reconnect, reminisce, and spend time in fellowship. This was followed by a special music program where cherished hymns and worship songs brought everyone together in worship. The day concluded with a lively Saturday night, featuring a fun and competitive volleyball and basketball game between current students and alumni—a perfect way to wrap up a weekend full of memories, connection, and celebration of God’s faithfulness.
